Hugh Marshall is a Building Surveyor by training but, through his years in practice has advised on Value where he has been involved in acquisition roles for clients. Hugh is a member of the RICS Valuation Faculty.
The main area of Valuation undertaken is residential in association with residential surveying work. The areas covered are generally within West London and the main areas are Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster, and Hammersmith & Fulham. Valuations have also been done in Camden, Chiswick, Ealing and East Brent.
Commercial survey work has historically formed part of the firm's expertise and consequently Commercial Valuation work.
